AIR LAW

1. To carry passengers on an aircraft, a pilot must:

  1. complete 6 take-offs and landings in the previous 6 months in an aircraft. The 6 take-offs and landings must be at night if passengers are to be carried at night.

  2. complete 6 take-offs and landings in the previous 6 months in an aircraft of the same category and class, or in a level B, C, or D simulator of the same category or class.

  3. complete 5 take-offs and landings in the previous 6 months in an aircraft. The 5 take-offs and landings must be at night if passengers are to be carried at night.

  4. complete 5 take-offs and landings in the previous 6 months in an aircraft of the same category and class, or in a level B, C, or D simulator of the same category or class.
